Anthropic to invest $100 million to train 10,000 'frontier deployed engineers'

Anthropic will invest $100 million in a new program, the Claude Frontier Academy, which aims to train 10,000 "frontier deployed engineers" from companies in its Claude Partner Network by the end of 2027. The first groups included engineers from Accenture, Morgan Stanley and Novo Nordisk, and Anthropic's Steve Corfield says the academy "trains people the way our own engineers learn."
NoteMorgan Stanley's engineers training inside Anthropic's own pipeline shows how seriously a big bank now takes AI fluency as an in-house skill. Banks may soon compete as hard for people who can turn their workflows into agent prompts as they do for traders.
