Job posts for 'agent orchestration' skills jump 1,721% at Wall Street banks. 1,721% rise in bank job posts mentioning 'agent orchestration' this year

Posts for AI-related roles at banks including JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup and Capital One rose 49% this year to 139,819 listings, while posts referencing agent orchestration jumped 1,721%, the most sought-after technical skill in finance, according to Draup.
