Stablecoin issuer First Digital plans Nasdaq listing to fund agentic commerce push

First Digital, the Hong Kong-based issuer of the FDUSD stablecoin, said it plans to list on Nasdaq through a SPAC merger with CSLM Digital Asset Acquisition Corp III to fund the expansion of Finance District, its ecosystem for the agentic economy. Four Finance District products are already live, including Agent Wallet, a multi-chain wallet that AI agents operate through the Model Context Protocol. Founder and CEO Vincent Chok said a listing would give the company "access to public capital markets."
