UOB plans to hire 1,000 graduates a year and train 5,500 managers on AI
UOB expects to recruit 1,000 young graduates a year. Its Better Leader Programme aims to reach 5,500 managers across the region by the end of 2027, and managers practise workplace conversations on an AI-enabled coaching and role-play platform.
