DBS counts more than 430 AI use cases in its 2025 annual report

DBS says it runs more than 430 AI use cases. Its 2025 annual report counts over 2,000 AI models and estimates about S$1 billion in economic value from its data analytics, AI and machine-learning initiatives that year. In August, DBS gave around 1,500 relationship and credit risk managers a tool to draft a corporate credit memo, and bankers still make the approval decisions.
NoteEach bank counts AI use cases in its own way. A better test is what each has put in front of its bankers and customers.
