FIS makes its AML Investigations Agent available to any U.S. bank
FIS announced that its AML Investigations Agent, developed with support from Anthropic, is now commercially available to any U.S.-based bank, including those that are not FIS clients today. At Amalgamated Bank, a design partner, the agent is projected to reduce Level 2 case investigation time by approximately 98 percent, based on the bank's analysis of its current workflows.
NoteThe projection comes from Amalgamated's own analysis of its workflows, so the detail to watch is whether banks outside FIS's client base report their own numbers.
