Anthropic says it intends to list on Nasdaq, reporting $16.3 billion in six-month revenue

Anthropic filed its Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission and said it intends to list on Nasdaq under the symbol "ANT", with the price range not yet determined. Anthropic said in its filing that its revenue for the six months ended June 30 was $16.3 billion, and it reported a net loss of $80.7 billion, which TechCrunch says was largely driven by noncash accounting adjustments tied to convertible debt.
NoteThe filing gives lenders and investors audited-style numbers on a lab many banks already buy from, though the share price and amount raised are still open.
