The UK's financial services watchdog is calling on AI providers to issue disclaimers for services that provide financial advice to consumers via agentic AI.

**Kapital**, a Mexico-based B2B financial platform, is set to acquire artificial intelligence startup Woz in a $30 million deal. The deal is designed to strengthen Kapital's financial ecosystem with Woz's advanced coding agents for “complex business use cases,” the company said. The company says it serves more than 350,000 customers in the U.S., Mexico, Colombia and Spain.
