Anthropic made Claude Duet available by waitlist to US subscribers
Anthropic says Claude Duet keeps working while the user is away, and it only reaches out when something needs attention. It waits for approval before sending a message, making a payment, signing a document or deleting anything. Bank transfers are blocked entirely, and purchases run through Stripe Link with a virtual card.
NoteFor banks and payment firms, the early limits matter: Anthropic concedes that the early version can misread a message thread, misjudge urgency and miss things that arrive between two checks.
