Meta plans up to $95 billion in stock sales for AI buildout

Meta plans to sell up to $95 billion in shares to raise money for its AI infrastructure, according to The Information. A Meta announcement puts about $22.5 billion of that in Class A common stock, with $12.5 billion from depositary shares and the remaining $60 billion from open-market sales once new Class C shares start trading.
NoteThe Class C shares carry no voting rights, which lets Meta raise money without diluting Zuckerberg's control.
