Amazon is expanding Shop Direct to keep shoppers off outside AI agents
According to The Information, Amazon has increased its Shop Direct links 2.5 times since March, to 250 million. Shop Direct lists products from brands that don't sell on Amazon's own site.
NoteThe report says the move is an effort to keep shoppers coming to Amazon's site.
