All 10 trainees in the graduating cohort have taken permanent roles at HLB. During the 12-month programme's four rotations, trainees deployed AI chatbots powered by Google’s Agent Development Kit (ADK) and UiPath robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
NoteBuilding the tools in-house keeps the platforms under the bank's own ownership, which fits its “Digital At The Core” strategy.
